Custom Sequencing
MacConnell Research Corporation provides custom sequencing. Universal primers such as T7, T3, SP6, M13 forward and reverse are provided. Custom primers must be provided at a concentration of 1 pmol/μl. Between 750-1000 bases can typically be read per run, depending on DNA quality. Turnaround time ranges between 1 to 3 working days depending on the work volume. Data is transferred to clients either by e-mail or fax. Hard copies may also be obtained.
