RUBYStar Homogenous Time-Resolved Fluorescence (HTRF) Microplate Reader is dedicated to HTS applications. The RUBYstar features a pulsed laser for high-energy excitation at 337 nm and simultaneous detection at 620 nm and 665 nm. Providing fast read times, low %CVs and excellent sensitivity, the system is optimized for reagents such as HTRF from CisBio International or similar chemistries.
