Removable 16 well, chambered, sterile coverglass allows high resolution microscopy of in situ cell culture, coverglass mounting and storage. Growth surface is #1.5 German borosilicate coverglass with 0.4 cm2 culture area per well. Ulta-pure materials allow edge to edge cell growth without inhibition at well perimeter. Well spacing facilitates use with multichannel pipettes. Unique design and separation device ensures that the coverglass separates cleanly and easily from media wells without residue or breakage. After separation the silicone well gasket remains attached to the coverglass forming small volume reagent wells — to remove, simply peel it off.
