Chiral Method Development Kits
Chiral HPLC Method Development Kits facilitate rapid method development of chiral separations. One protocol is offered for separating chiral pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals, and the second for enantiomeric α-amino acids, α-hydroxy acids, amines, alcohols and amino alcohols. Each kit contains five different 50 × 4.6 mm ID chiral columns, chosen for their chemistries and selectivities. The short length columns permit rapid mobile phase changeovers and fast equilibration times, while reducing solvent purchase and disposal costs.
