The Degassex Model DG-4400 on-line degassing system removes dissolved air from all HPLC mobile phases. The system replaces the methods of helium sparging or ultrasonication. Dissolved oxygen is removed in-line up to 0.6 ppm. Based on the principle of continuous vacuum filtration across a gas-permeable membrane, it contains four solvent channels.
