The Human Breast CancerPlex and Human MetastasisPlex Kits assay multiple genes from a single RNA sample. Both kits run in 96-well plate format and provide high throughput. Up to 30 genes can be measured in each of hundreds of samples in one assay, useful for signature validation. The Human Breast CancerPlex Kit contains primer mixes for 25 of the most commonly studied genes, plus three reference genes and one internal standard. The Human MetastasisPlex Kit features the 16 most commonly studied biomarkers in the seven stages of tumor progression, plus three reference genes and one internal standard.
