Multi-Mode Plate Reader
Affinity Multi-Mode plate reader works with plate formats up to 1536-well, allowing the transfer of assays from development to high-throughput screening without a loss of robustness. It operates in four modes: fluorescence polarization (FP), fluorescence intensity (FI), fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) and luminescence. The plate reader is offered for a range of drug discovery assays, including biotin-streptavidin benchmark, GPCR receptor binding and large molecule FP.
