Genetic Analysis System
The CEQ 8000 Genetic Analysis System automates and integrates genetic analysis functions. With one gel, one array and one software platform, users can perform DNA sequencing, heterozygote detection, confirmatory sequencing, mutation analysis, allele identification, SNP scoring, microsatellite instability and AFLP fingerprinting. The capillary electrophoresis-based system has a configuration of eight capillary arrays, which interface with 96-well plate formats. Software maps data review strategies to an automated process, with over 100 query filters.
