Direct Identification And Isolation Of Murine Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cells
Anti-mPDCA-1 antibodies provide specific detection and isolation of murine plasmacytoid dendritic cells (mPDCs). The antibodies detect specifically an antigen (mPDCA-1) exclusively expressed on mPDCs in different tissues and allow direct identification of CD11c+ CD45R+ Ly-6C+ mPDCs by flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry or fluorescence microscopy. In vivo administration of pure, unconjugated antibody (anti-mPDCA-1 pure, mouse - functional grade) depletes mPDCs within 24 hrs, providing a tool for evaluation of their functional properties in vivo. Anti-mPDCA-1 MicroBeads, developed for enrichment of PDCs from lymphoid organs, complete this product line.
