Anti-mPDCA-1 Antibodies
For specific detection and isolation of murine plasmacytoid dendritic cells (mPDCs), these antibodies specifically detect an antigen exclusively expressed on mPDCs in different tissues, and allow direct identification of CD11c+CD45R+ Ly6C+ mPDCs by flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry or fluorescence microscopy. In vivo administration of pure, unconjugated antibody depletes mPDCs within 24 hours, providing a tool for evaulation of their functional properties in vivo.
