CDNA Synthesis Kit
On-column cDNA synthesis kit is based on Miltentyi Biotec's MACS technology. Within one-step mRNA is magnetically isolated from cells, tissue or blood, and first-strand cDNA synthesized. This method on the temperature-controlled thermoMACS Separation Unit takes approximately 1.5 hours from cell to purified cDNA. After a final washing step purified cDNA is eluted, and can be applied directly for gene cloning or expression analyses, including quantitative PCR. CDNA yields are maximized allowing the procedure to be used for small biological samples and sensitive applications.
