Dendritic Cell Counting Kit
Blood Dendritic Cell Enumeration Kit, based on recently described dendritic cell-specific surface antigens BDCA-2, BDCA-3 and CD1c (BDCA-1) (Dzionek et al., J. Immunol. 165:6037, 2000), facilitates direct identification of dendritic cells, and their further discrimination into three subsets, plasmacytoid and two subsets of myeloid dendritic cells. Only small samples of whole blood or PBMC are required, and the kit includes all reagents needed for a complete assay. Standardized reagents and protocol ensure reproducible results, and enable the kit to be used in research and clinical immunology laboratories.
