Regulatory T Cell Isolation
Reagents for magnetic isolation and fluorescent analysis of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells from human PBMC, mouse lymphoid organs, and non-human primate sources have suppressive effects on immune responses to self and foreign antigens. The MACS® CD4+CD25+ Regulatory T Cell Isolation Kits are based on the MACS magnetic cell separation system and also include the reagents for fluorescent cell analysis. Cell purities above 90% can be reached, providing an efficient and convenient way of isolating and analyzing regulatory T cells.
