Human Cell Isolation Kits II products provide fast and convenient isolation of untouched human pan T cells, CD4+> T cells, CD8sup>+/sup> T cells, monocytes, B cells, naive B cells and NK cells. MACSreg> Technology allows reliable cell isolation solutions for an efficient enrichment of cells by using MACS columns, magnets and MicroBeads. Human Cell Isolation Kits II contain ready-to-use reagents for magnetic labeling of unwanted peripheral blood mononuclear cells in a single-cell suspension. When passed through the magnetic field of a MACS Separator, magnetically labeled cells are retained in a MACS Separation Column leaving target cells untouched.
