DNA Polymerase Mix
BD Qtaq™ DNA Polymerase Mix is a full-length Taq DNA polymerase optimized for use with BD Qzyme™ Assays and most other qPCR detection applications and provides increased DNA and RNA quantitation sensitivity and reproducibility in qPCR and RT-PCR. By including a built-in hot-start antibody, the mix provides specificity and yield in each PCR reaction.
