NucleoFast® 96 PCR Plates are provide a solution for high recovery of nucleic acids in just 20 minutes. This technology is based on ultra-filtration; the nucleic acids from the PCR reaction are collected on the filter membrane while the contaminants are filtered directly to waste. By eliminating the intermediate wash steps required with silica-based purification systems, these plates streamline the purification process.
