Real-Time PCR System
The 96-well StepOnePlus System, equipped with fluorophore detection chemistries including FAM/SYBR Green I, VIC/JOE, ROX and TAMRA dyes, performs both standard and fast thermal cycling for any real-time PCR application, such as gene expression analysis, SNP genotyping, gene detection and viral load analysis. Software can be tailored to run specific experiments and guide users through set up, operation and analysis. Experienced users can use the system to customize experiment design parameters such as thermal cycling protocols and nucleic acid template types.
