Cycle Sequencing Kits

Two new versions of the BigDye® Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kit increase productivity and improve data quality for DNA sequencing applications. Version 3.1 of the kit is offered for the majority of applications, including de novo sequencing and resequencing. Kit version 1.1 is used in specialty applications, such as sequencing PCR products associated with comparative sequencing when using a rapid instrument run.
