Fast separations are provided on 1–3-mm ID columns, achieving cycle times of less than 1 min, with gradient delay volumes down to 60 µl and injection cycles of less than 15 sec. With these short analysis cycle times, users can maximize the workload on a mass spectrometer, significantly increasing throughput and decreasing the cost per analysis. The WPS-3000 well-plate autosampler avoids sample cross contamination. Carefully selected materials and optimized flow paths keep carry-over at an undetectable level for most analytes, without the need for outside needle washing.
