C18 Bonded Silica Columns
Acclaim 300 reversed phase column provides efficient, symmetrical peaks, and very low-bleed for LC/MS applications. The Acclaim column line is comprised of a highly characterized 300 Å pore size silica, bonded with a C18 phase to produce high surface coverage and low metal content. The C18 phase exhibits low polarity, high hydrophobicity, and good steric selectivity. The columns are LC/MS compatible with low background and optimal capacity for use with high organic solvent mobile phases. The columns are available with 3 μm particle size, in two diameters (4.6 and 2.1 mm) and two lengths (50 and 150 mm).
