The DynaPro product line offers tools for characterizing unfractionated samples via dynamic light scattering (DLS). The automated DynaPro Titan Plate Reader provides rapid screening of unfractionated samples for applications such as crystallography and aggregation studies. Sensitivity and low sample volumes are featured when doing protein crystallization by DLS. Control module collects and analyzes data; read module comes as either a temperature-controlled scintillation vial reader for single measurements, or as a fully automated plate reader with the capability to make measurements on 96 or 384 well plates. Other features include a stand-alone self-dessicating temperature chamber for low temperature conditions, and the ability to integrate seamlessly with Wyatt Technology’s online accessories.
