Antibody To Green Fluorescent Protein
Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) from the jellyfish Aequorea Victoria is used as a fluorescent indicator for monitoring gene expression in a variety of cellular systems, including living organisms and fixed tissues. New monoclonal for the detection of GFP in experimental systems is made against highly purified GFP and is reactive to both native and recombinant sources. It is specific, sensitive and effective for immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry and Western blot application at dilutions ranging from 1:500 to 1:5000.
