Plasmid Purification Kit
PhoenIX Filter Maxiprep Kit eliminates the need for centrifugation of bacterial lysate. A solid-phase column with patented ion exchange resin optimizes purification and enhances the degree of separation between different biomolecules. A filter is incorporated in the housing of the binding column directly above the resin. Neutralized lysage is poured straight through the filter onto the column directly above the resin. Neutralized lysate is poured straight through the filter onto the column in a single step. Plasmid DNA purified using the columns can be used immediately in applications such as automated fluorescence sequencing, amplification, labeling, transcription and cloning.
