Array-Ready Oligo Set For Xenopus tropicalis Genome
Array-Ready Oligo Set for the Xenopus tropicalis genome contains 10,898 70mer probes representing Xenopus transcripts, and provides a valuable tool for microarray analysis of Xenopus gene expression. Sequence and cluster data were provided by a consortium of scientists at the Wellcome Trust/Cancer Research UK Gurdon Institute in Cambridge, including M. Gilchrist, A. Chalmers, J. Smith, E. Amaya and N. Papalopulu. Each probe is melting-temperature normalized and includes a 5' amino linker to facilitate substrate attachment. Extensive annotation for the Xenopus Array-Ready Oligo Set will be provided on the QIAGEN Oligo Microarray Database (OMAD). The Xenopus Array-Ready Oligo Set is provided in a 384-well plate format with 600 pmol of probe per well. A control plate with 24 (12 positive and 12 negative) controls in 16 replicates is also included. Sample sets, which contain 96 optimized 70mers in 384-well plate format at 600 pmol per well, are also available.
