Bacterial Transformation Kit
The BIO 101® Systems Transform & Grow™ Bacterial Transformation Kit is for the preparation, storage and transformation of chemically competent E. coli host cells. The three component system consists of ready-to-use Transform-It™ Solution, liquid SUPER-COMP media, and Roll & Grow™ Plating Beads. The system requires a minimum of hands-on time and eliminates the heat shock procedure often associated with "do-it-yourself" cell preparation and storage.
