The Turbo filter can bind up to 20 μg of plasmid DNA with efficiency and convenience. Plasmid DNA is immediately ready for transfection, sequencing, and amplification. The kit includes CIRCLEGROW® media to allow growth of cells and replication of plasmids beyond log phase.
