Invitrogen Corp. has announced new products in the CellSensor Cell Lines. Cell lines encoding ISRE, c-fos, AP-1, HRE, SIE and GAS response elements have been added to the existing products. The cell lines facilitate rapid and reliable determination of the intracellular status of key signal transduction pathways upon exposure to drug candidates or other stimuli using the ratiometric readout of GeneBLAzer beta-lactamase reporter technology.
