Bioinformatics Web Portal
Bioinformatics Central is a Web portal that consolidates and provides access to Invitrogen’s comprehensive collection of bioinformatics tools, including Vector desktop software, as well as free online tools for cloning, RNAi and primer design, searching, online ordering and project tracking. The most recent of these tools, VectorDesigner, enables quick and easy access to design software for Invitrogen’s Gateway and TOPO cloning technologies and provides a direct link between design and ordering of clones and related products. VectorDesigner is available without charge. Bioinformatics Central also provides links to service and support, news on the latest bioinformatics updates and a Web center for the group’s software products. Scientists can research, test and purchase the software online.
