cDNA Library Construction Kit
CloneMiner™ cDNA Library Construction Kit offers researchers a fast method of building high-quality libraries in a recombination-based cloning system. The technology does not require restriction enzymes in the cloning process, enabling scientists to obtain full-length clones that are not accessible with traditional library construction methods. The kit utilizes proprietary SuperScript™ II and Gateway® technologies, enabling high cDNA yields, as well as versatility and ease of transfer to expression systems. It also eliminates the cutting of cDNA to make it compatible for directional cloning, and avoids inefficient ligations of clones into expression vectors.
