Stratagene and Iobion Informatics offer desktop software packages GeneSolve(tm), ProteinSolve(tm), PathwayAssist(tm) and ArrayAssist(tm) as a suite called IobionLab(tm). GeneSolve and ProteinSolve are packages that allow researchers to import, visualize and interpret DNA or protein sequence information. PathwayAssist offers scientists the ability to build, navigate, explore and interpret biological association networks from custom or publicly available literature. ArrayAssist is formatted for Affymetrix GeneChip(r) microarray data and allows researchers to import, manage, visualize and run alternative probe-level analysis methods on their data.
