Molecular Biology Software Packages
Stratagene and Iobion Informatics announced an agreement for the distribution and comarketing of four new desktop software packages: GeneSolve™, ProteinSolve™, PathwayAssist™ and ArrayAssist™. The suite of four products will be branded as IobionLab™. GeneSolve and ProteinSolve are packages that allow researchers to import, visualize and interpret DNA or protein sequence information. PathwayAssist offers scientists the ability to build, navigate, explore and interpret biological association networks from custom or publicly available literature such as PubMed. ArrayAssist is formatted for Affymetrix GeneChip® microarray data and enables researchers to import, manage, visualize and run alternative probe-level analysis methods on their data such as Robust MultiChip Analysis (RMA).
