UltraClean 15 DNA Purification Kit utilizes a silica binding particle method to purify DNA fragments from TAE or TBE agarose gels. The purification procedure removes ethidium bromide, linkers, and labels. Rapid protocol results in purification in 15 minutes from agarose gels, and 10 minutes from reaction solutions. Uniform sized silica beads allow easy resuspension of pellets with only one wash and elution step required. Batch format design allows for isolation of up to 1 mg of DNA from an agarose gel.
