The REPLI-g FFPE Kit uses a DNA processing reaction, allowing the advantages of multiple displacement amplification (MDA) to be extended to highly degraded DNA samples derived from FFPE tissue. The kit allows amplification of sample material while maintaining locus representation, enabling unlimited downstream analyses to be performed. Highly uniform whole genome amplification directly from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue can be performed without the need for prior DNA isolation. Uniform amplification results in scalable and standardized DNA yields.
