QIAcube sample processing system automates the purification of DNA, RNA, or proteins using QIAGEN spin-column kits. Pre-installed protocols facilitate the purification of plasmid DNA, genomic DNA, RNA, viral nucleic acids, and proteins, as well as DNA and RNA cleanup. Newly developed protocols can be downloaded free of charge as they become available. All processing steps are performed by the instrument — from sample lysis to elution of highly pure nucleic acids or proteins.
