DNA Plant Kits
BioSprint DNA Plant Kits enable rapid and cost-effective automated purification of high-quality plant DNA using BioSprint workstations. The automated procedure completely removes all contaminants and enzyme inhibitors. Purified DNA is suitable for use in demanding downstream applications, such as PCR and real-time PCR, genotyping and micro-satellite analysis. The kits use MagAttract magnetic-particle technology for purification of highly pure DNA from plant tissue. Automation on the BioSprint 15 or BioSprint 96 workstation enables easy processing of 1 to 15 or up to 96 samples per run, respectively. Cleared lysates are loaded into the workstation, which performs all steps until pure DNA is obtained. Each BioSprint workstation is an open system with a small footprint and is easily operated through a touchpad keyboard. No external computer is required.
