Cell Lysate Kit
Cells-to-Signal Kit uses a chemical lysis method to create cell lysate in less than 5 minutes at room temperature. Cell lysate can be used directly for rt-PCR, bypassing RNA isolation altogether. The kit is useful in monitoring siRNA-induced knockdown. The procedure is highly reproducible, compatible with a wide variety of cell types, and offers a single-step procedure that can be processed manually or on robotic platform.
