RNA Isolation For RT-PCR Analysis

RNAqueous-4PCR Kit isolates RNA without genomic DNA contamination. Working with samples as small as 1 mg, or 100 cells, the rapid, phenol-free isolation procedure yields total RNA that is treated with DNase in an optimized reaction buffer. The DNase and divalent cations are removed with a nontoxic DNase Removal Reagent providing total RNA ready for RT-PCR analysis. The product is offered for both traditional endpoint RT-PCR analysis and real-time PCR applications.
