Adenoviral Vector for siRNA Delivery
The pSilencer™ adeno 1.0-CMV System combines the adenoviral vectors with an efficient siRNA expression system. The system provides efficient siRNA delivery to numerous cell types, including many primary and other difficult to transfect cells. A modified CMV promoter is incorporated into the pSilencer adeno system. The production of adenoviruses expressing a desired siRNA sequence is a straightforward process and results in recombinant adenoviral particles for infection of cells and animals.
