SiRNA Expression Vectors
The pSilencer® siRNA Expression Vectors with antibiotic selectable markers are for transient and long-term gene silencing studies. The vectors express siRNA with mammalian cells using either a U6 or H1 Polymerase III promoter. Versions with hygromycin, puromycin and neomycin resistant genes are available.
