Capped RNA Synthesis
The mMESSAGE mMACHINE™ T7 Ultra Kit is offered for the in-vitro synthesis of large amounts of efficiently and correctly capped RNA. Reagents are included for the in-vitro poly(A) tailing to make mRNA specifically for microinjection and transfection. The kit substitutes traditional cap analog with Anti-Reverse Cap Analog (ARCA) to allow for synthesis of capped RNAs that are efficiently translated. The kit contains sufficient reagents for ten 20 μl transcription reactions, each yielding 20 - 30 μg of RNA.
