The RiboPure™-WBC RNA isolation Kit provides a method that yields up to 20 μg of RNA while simultaneously removing genomic DNA. The kit is optimized for 40 whole blood samples of up to 10 ml each and the resulting RNA can be used for applications such as real-time RT-PCR.
