Infrared fluorescent reagent line includes secondary antibodies, protein labeling kits, Western blotting kits, In-Cell Western assay kits, Western blotting buffers, and protein stains. IRDye-conjugated secondary antibodies include monkey anti-Mouse, donkey anti-goat and donkey anti-rabbit. All antibodies are cross-adsorbed for multiplex detection and provide high specificity. Western blotting kits include enough secondary antibodies, blocking buffer and membranes for 10 quantitative Western blots. In-Cell Western kits include a secondary antibody, blocking buffer and protein stains (for normalization) for forty 96-well plates.
