Panorama Human p53 protein functional microarray is based on technology that ensures that the protein is correctly folded and confers full functionality. The array contains wild type human p53 and 49 variants. Each p53 variant contains a mutation or single nucleotide polymorphism resulting in an amino acid change or a truncation. Forty five of the variants are know germ-line mutations associated with cancer.
