Plasmid DNA Purification Kits
Midiprep and Maxiprep large-scale plasmid purification kits are capable of purifying up to 1.2 mg of plasmid DNA in 30 minutes. A lysate filtration column combined with a silica-based vacuum format provides a rapid protocol that results in high quality plasmid DNA. The vacuum format fits onto any standard column manifold eliminating the long waits associated with traditional gravity flow columns. The silica based format and lower elution volume allow the DNA to be used immediately after elution without the need for precipitation.
