Automated Immunogold Labeling System
The EM IGL automated Immunogold Labeling system helps to visualize specific proteins with cells. Preparing tissue and cell samples accurately is essential for optimum TEM image quality. This automated system eliminates the need for manual labeling of grids and improves reproducibility of the results. It automatically applies reagents to ultra-thin sections held on grids in a humidity-controlled environment using one of 00 possible preset programs. The EM IGL requires 30 minutes for set up.
