DNA Polymerase
EPICENTRE's MasterAmp™ Tth DNA polymerase contains both reverse transcriptase and DNA-dependent DNA polymerase activities and is offered for single-tube RT-PCR. Reverse transcription using the product can be performed at temperatures up to 60 C to significantly reduce RNA secondary structure. Subsequent PCR DNA amplification reactions can be performed at temperatures up to 95 C. The enzyme is capable of detecting a specific mRNA in as little as 1 pg of total human RNA. MasterAmp PCR Enhancer (containing betaine) is included with the enzyme.
