RNA Transcription Kit
AmpliScribe™ T7-Flash™ in vitro transcription kit produces high yields of RNA in a short reaction time. The standard 30 minute kit reaction produces 160 - 180 μg (8 -9 mg/ml) of RNA from 1 μg of DNA template. A 6-fold linear scale up produces >1 mg of RNA in just 30 minutes. An RNase inhibitor is included in the kit to ensure the integrity of the RNA produced.
