Bacterial Protein Extraction Solution
EasyLyse™ Bacterial Protein Extraction Solution lyses bacterial cells for protein isolation, especially recombinant gene products expressed in E. coli, without significant loss of enzymatic activity. EasyLyse is formulated for ease of use as a homogeneous reagent in high-throughput applications. Prepare the enzyme mix in the Lysis Buffer and add once to cells for rapid lysis and removal of viscosity. The solution contains a nuclease to reduce viscosity, a lytic enzyme with high specific activity, and a non-denaturing detergent.
