D-Tube Dialyzers dialyze sample volumes from 10-3000 μl. The screw-cap tubes are integrated with a regenerated cellulose membrane, so they are easy to load and unload. They can be also used to electroelute DNA, RNA, protein or protein-DNA complexes from agarose and PAGE gels. Typical sample volume recoveries after dialysis are greater than 97%. Typical electroelution recoveries are 90% from agarose gels and 60% from PAGE gels. Three D-Tube Dialyzer sizes are available for different volume capacities: Mini 10-250 μl; Midi 50-800 μl, and Maxi 100-3000 μl. The molecular weight cut-offs range from 3.6 to 14 kDa.
