Dialysis And Electroelution System
D-Tube Dialyzers dialyze sample volumes from 10 to 3000 μl. Screw-cap tubes with an integrated regenerated cellulose membrane, they are easy to load and unload. They can also be used to electroelute DNA, RNA, protein or protein-DNA complexes from agarose and PAGE gels. Simplicity makes the product suited for high throughput applications. Typical sample volume recoveries after dialysis are greater than 97%, and typical electroelution recoveries are 90% from agarose gels and 60% from PAGE gels. Three sizes are available for different volume capacities: Mini 10 to 250 μl; Midi 50 to 800 μl, and Maxi 100 to 3000 μl. The molecular weight cut-offs range from 3.6 to 14 kDa.
